Housing and Redevelopment Authority
The Housing and Redevelopment Authority (HRA) consists of 5 members appointed by the Council. Overlapping terms of the members are 3 years. The HRA is a rent subsidy project funded by Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The HRA oversees Koppen Gardens.
