City of North Mankato ADA Transition Plan and Inventory
The City of North Mankato is working to ensure pedestrian infrastructure throughout the City is compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The City is performing a Self-Evaluation of policies, practices and pedestrian infrastructure within public rights-of-way to identify ADA deficiencies that pose barriers to safe and efficient access for all users. The City is also completing an ADA Transition Plan that provides a plan, schedule, and planning-level costs for upgrading pedestrian infrastructure and the removal of barriers to accessibility within the public rights-of-way.
The City encourages all who are disabled, short or long-term, or who represent others with disabilities to visit the link below or contact the North Mankato ADA Coordinator, Mike Fischer, at 507-625-4141 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
