City Administrator's Declaration of Electronic Meetings
In accordance with the requirements of Minnesota Statute Section 13D.021, City Administrator Harrenstein has declared that in-person meetings of the City Council, boards, and commissions are not practical or prudent because of the COVID-19 health pandemic and the state of emergency declared by Governor Walz on March 20, 2020, under Chapter 12 of the Minnesota Statutes. Under the declaration, some or all of the City Council members, boards, or commissioners may participate by telephone or other electronic means. In the best interest of the public, it has also been determined that attendance at the regular meeting location by members of the public is not feasible. Members of the public will be able to monitor and participate in the meetings by telephone or electronic means.
