Northport Industrial Park is owned by the North Mankato Port Authority Commission in partnership with BENCO Electric. Fully serviced industrial sites are available in the Park at a price of $40,000 per acre which includes all special assessments. Lots in the Industrial Park are available for immediate sale with development incentives offered to qualifying businesses. The Port Authority has JOBZ status, provides Tax Increment Financing where applicable and operates a Revolving Loan Fund to provide low interest loan financing to qualifying businesses.

Northport Industrial Park is conveniently located on Lookout Drive adjacent to Trunk Highway 14. An additional interchange is planned at County State Aid Highway 41, approximately 0.8 mile west of Lookout Drive, which will provide for additional access and future expansion of the Industrial Park.
