General Fund

The City accounts for its finances through the use of several funds. The General Fund is the main operating fund of the City. It is used to account for services such as streets, parks, administration, police, inspection and fire. The following chart lists the 2012 General Fund budget, dollar and percent increases from the prior year and history since 2002. Also included is a schedule of consumer price index trends for the same period compared to the General Fund budget increase.
