This Community Room is available for reservations to North Mankato residents for non-profit events, such as family gatherings. This room is available between the hours of 7 a.m. and 10 p.m. daily. Reservations can be made by stopping at City Hall, 1001 Belgrade Avenue, North Mankato. There is a reservation fee of $25 per event.
This room seats up to 75 people with 8 round tables, four 8 foot long tables and four 6 foot long tables.
You must pick up the key at City Hall prior to your event if using this room outside of regular business hours. The person who picks up the key or makes the reservation is responsible for the room.
This room has a kitchen facility with small refrigerator, coffee maker, coffee warmer, stove, microwave oven, dishwasher, 120 place settings of dishes, silverware, water carafes, coffee carafes and dish towels.
A storage room just off the lobby next to the community room contains a full size refrigerator/freezer, vacuum, extra tables and chairs, a tripod and foam core and a portable sign with letters you may use and place outside in the walkway announcing your gathering.
Use of alcoholic beverages is limited to one case of beer or a small amount of wine per event. Hard liquor or keg beer is not allowed.
A television, VCR and overhead projector with screen are available for your use and must be cleared through City Hall.
