If you are 65 years of age and older, or have physical disabilities, and need assistance bringing your items to the drop-off event, please contact VINE at 507-386-5574. VINE Volunteers will be assisting residents who pay for refuse through the City, and are 65 years of age & older or have physical disabilities with transporting items from the residents' curb to the Public Works Yard on Thursday, April 18^th and Friday, April 19^th. Please call 507-386-5574 by Tuesday, April 16th to be placed on their list. This service is first-come, first-serve, and has limited spots available.
